1.2 Participation in the lottery is subject to the terms of these regulations.
1.3 The promotion will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the "Notice Regarding the Granting of a General Permit for Conducting Lotteries for Commercial Advertising According to the Penal Law, 1977" (hereinafter: "The General Permit"), and will be subject to the provisions of these regulations.
